The Bledsoe, TX depot in Lubbock on March 28, 1999, as The Train Station Antiques. The depot is essentially a Santa Fe 1910 standard depot #3 for branch lines with a 16' freight room extension, bringing its dimensions to 24'x80'. It was built in 1925 as one of five nearly identical depots constructed on the Bledsoe branch. The depot was retired in 1965 and moved to a site on the west side of Lubbock, TX. It is now a Texas Historic Landmark.
Santa Fe Ce-11 class caboose 999806 is displayed nearby. This was one of the very last cabooses purchased new by the railroad. All photos by Hume Kading.
