 | Jasper was an
example of an early GC&SF standard depot. Several depots of this general style are known
to have been built, with low pitched roofs and high wainscotting. San Augustine and the old
depot from Goldthwaite are other surviving examples. GC&SF would eventually adopt a style
nearly identical to parent AT&SF's pre-1910 standards. R.J. McKay took these two photos of
the depot in 1982.
