The Mulvane, KS depot illustrates a ca.1908 county seat depot plan that did not call for an open-air waiting room. Hereford and Canadian, TX and Humboldt, KS had depot built to nearly the same plan. The Mulvane depot now serves as the town museum, with one-of-a-class Ce-12 caboose 999652 standing nearby. |
