Phoenix, AZ Freight Depot |

Even a structure so utilitarian as a poured concrete freighthouse could not escape the influence of Art-Deco. The 1929-built Phoenix, AZ freight depot sports a few embellishments on the office end, including Santa Fe emblems cast as part of the walls. The structure appeared to be abandoned, but was still standing in 1998. |
