Riverside, CA

Unlike many masonry depots in Southern California, including a nearby Union Pacific station, the attractive Santa Fe Riverside depot has not yet found an alternate use new following its railroad career. Built in 1927, it remained a Santa Fe agency until 1984. Metrolink commuter trains rattle past the depot daily, but their station facilities are located a few blocks west of the Santa Fe station.
