Anybody seen the white-out?

The picture tells the story - looks like the paint shop accidentally labeled Fe-42 class boxcar 501056 as an Fe-40. Someone caught the error and "fixed" it, painting over the erroneous class number in red and stenciling the correct class on top of it. Unfortunately, the patch of red paint had mostly worn off by the time this photo was taken.
