Chris Kinoshita caught a matching SPSF-painted SD39-slug
set at San Bernardino, CA on January 28, 1989. The 129 was cut down from a Union Pacific SD24B,
and still has the flexicoil trucks with three brake cylinders and the louvered doors along the
running board typical of early SD's.
