Masquerading as the "El Dorado" depot, the former Santa Fe depot from Kennedy looked like this in 1999. Built in 1907, the depot is similar to the pre-1910 #1 branch line standard, but is somewhat longer (48 feet versus the standard 40) and featured simple roof brackets on the ends. The 9-over-6 windows are somewhat unusual, and it is not known if the depot was built with them or if they were added after the depot was moved to El Dorado at Santa Fe to become the community clubhouse. |
